NOLA native, Chef Thomas Dunklin, will be reviving a Sunday tradition from the South and sharing it with the Northwest. We will also be serving Po' Boy specials, oysters and some classics from the TWR menu like hushpuppies and ginger bbq shrimp. To help keep cool, head barkeep Chazz Madrigal will be serving up an array of crushed ice cocktails. Or in his words, "Tiki by way of the South." Enough said.
